McKinney reunion

I think these photos sum it up! We all had so much fun. Smiled and laughed alot......and then soooo sleeeeepy!
It was so much fun to meet everyone. I know my Hubby hadn't seen alot of these relatives in a very long time, so it was really nice to get everyone together. The McKinney's are quite a fun bunch!

Bottlebrush blossoms

There were some really cool bottlebrush blossoms this weekend at the lake. They had glowing yellow spots on the end of each needle and when put in the right light, they looked like they were exploding. What a cool flower to photograph!

Chloe and Declan

I guess last week was a crazy week. My sis-in-law and kiddos came up from Austin for the McKinney family reunion (see next blog posting) and we did a little photo shoot with the kids. They were such great subjects, with all of their vast expressions and smiles. You just have to "be" in the moment when you shoot kids. It's impossible to be blue around children, especially these two!

Last of the La wigs..."I'll get out of your hair"

Last week I finally finished the shoot with my friend, Carmen, at La wigs. I had such a fun time shooting all the different hairstyles. It was like playing dress-up everyday, same person, different hair! Very funny. I think we shot over 150 different wig styles for Carmen's new website. I met some interesting people and some great, and very patient, models. THanks guys, for making this such a fun time. And now that we're done...."I'll get out of your Hair"!
